Running a church wreath fundraiser without a paper nightmare
September 16, 2026

A wreath fundraiser is one of the cleanest a church or school can run — the product sells itself, the margin is real, and the season is short. The thing that sinks it is paper: a clipboard that gets lost, a spreadsheet that never balances, a delivery day that eats a Saturday. It does not have to be that way.
Open a group account
The first step is to open a Group Account with the bench. Tell us your organization, your contact, and an estimated count. We send a digital order sheet and the house cost — the price you pay per wreath. You set the retail price; the difference is your group's.
Collect on a sheet, not a clipboard
Buyers order on the digital sheet, which tallies as it goes. No paper to lose, no math to balance at the end. The sheet closes on a deadline — late October for Thanksgiving delivery, early November for December — and the bench takes the tally from there.
Let the bench ship
The part that usually eats a Saturday is delivery: sorting, labeling, driving. With drop-shipping, the bench ships each buyer's wreath to their address the first week of December. Your group never touches a box. Each buyer gets a tracking link; you get a profit snapshot.
What you keep
For a 22-inch Schoolhouse wreath, the house cost is $25 and the suggested retail is $50 — $25 per wreath to your group. Sell a hundred and that is a clean $2,500, with no paper nightmare and no delivery day. Open a Group Account to start.
