Free shipping

We offer free shipping on wreaths to the continental United States — all 48 states. The cost of shipping is included in the listed price; there is no surprise at checkout.

Dated ship weeks

You choose the ship week at checkout: Thanksgiving week, the week of December 1, the week of December 8, or as soon as the wreath leaves the bench. Exact dates are published each season on the Ship Calendar. We ship the same week a wreath leaves the bench.

Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii by arrangement, with a surcharge for the air leg, and cannot guarantee a specific ship week to either. PO boxes are accepted where the carrier allows; we confirm at checkout or by phone.

Freshness guarantee

If a wreath does not arrive full and fragrant, we replace it or refund it — no argument. Contact the bench at 888-747-4670 or hello@vermontchristmaswreaths.com with your order number, and we will make it right.

Returns

Because greens are perishable, we do not accept returns on opened wreaths. The freshness guarantee above is our standing remedy for any wreath that does not arrive as it should.
